Classy on Sunday

Can you believe this is my Eshakti dress?! Since it's a short sleeved dress, and *ahem*..I live in Minnesota..a cardigan was a must for this snowy Sunday. I decided to steal this teal (haha..that totally rhymed. I'M SO SHMART) cardi from the older sister...which matched perfectly with these colored tights. And for once, I woke up plenty early to get ready for mass without feeling rushed. I also had the chance to eat breakfast on time! Which may seem like no big deal, but it's the little things. ;)

I felt like doing this the entire shoot...because seriously. It was freezing!

Also, all photo credits go to my cute little sister Eva. Doesn't she look like Lucy from Narnia?!

  3. Those are beautiful! Nice outfit, and great photos from Eva:) She's so cute. I wish I could take photos this good when I was her age, but sadly I didn't even know what button turned the camera on, let alone took the photo.

  5. ^^Sorry, too many typos in my comment above (funny how we only notice them after the comment is published :P). What I was trying to say is: Beautiful! And I can't get over what a good little photographer Eva is. When I was her age... well, lets just say they weren't half as good as those!

  7. I love your tights! And how you styled this dress for winter. I live in Maine, so I understand the struggle of trying to dress up in the winter. :)

    1. Thank you, sweet girl! I can totally imagine you pulling off teal with your blonde locks. :) Well, we have about a foot of snow I'd say? It just looks like more in these pictures because that's where we pile the snow from the road we live on.

  11. Gosh, sister's closet can sometimes be the BEST thing ever. It's funny when you get to one of those moments where you have absolutely "nothing to wear" (a.k.a "nothing is appealing to me") and so you go raid your sister's closet and get the outfit perfect. :) This is adorable. (and your sister is adorable too!!!)
